Warehouse Projects Lead Fixed term

We’re looking for a Warehouse Projects Lead to take ownership of our specialised warehouse projects area, coordinating picking, packing, and dispatch for major systems and platform deliveries. This is a hands-on role where you’ll guide a small team, keep things running smoothly, and ensure our customers receive accurate, on-time, in-full delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate project-related warehouse operations
• Support and train team members on the floor
• Oversee picking, packing, dispatch accuracy and documentation
• Work closely with Sales Support, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
• Improve processes, solve problems early, and keep things organised
• Maintain exceptional customer service with reliable communication
• Support stock integrity, dispatch quality, and Health & Safety standards

• Flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude

Forklift certification and a full NZ driver’s licence are an advantage.
