The Role

Based in Hamilton but operating NZ wide, we are seeking a Warehouse / Sales & Customer Service professional to join our team in a hands-on role, working with the welding/safety sales and service team.

This role is integral to our business. We are looking for a team player who has a positive attitude, is physically fit and can work quickly, with a high attention to detail, who shares the values of teamwork, enthusiasm, respect, and integrity. 

This role is permanent, Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities will include:

• Pick & pack orders with speed and accuracy.
• Unpacking, checking, and putting away inventory.
• Moving stock around (this will require heavy lifting).
• Endorsed forklift licence and full NZ driver licence.
• Packaging pallets for shipment.
• Loading and unloading of delivery trucks with forklift experience.
• Inventory stocktakes and rolling stocktake experience.
• Customer sales experience (not essential).
• Merchandise of showroom.
• Liaise directly with customers.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Health & Safety awareness.
