The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our Warehouse team at Tidal Road. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly, from picking and packing orders to supporting production and dispatch.
You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, Dispatch Coordinator, and wider teams to ensure our products move efficiently to customers both locally and internationally.

This is a rostered role for 8 hours a day. Hours of work will be between 6am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. You will be paid overtime for extra hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Accurate order picking (batch-controlled)


• Pallet put-away with strong space awareness


• Replenishing pick bays with correct stock rotation


• Loading and unloading trucks and containers


• Container devanning and loading


• Pallet wrapping and labelling


• Maintaining high standards of warehouse housekeeping


• Supporting dispatch or inventory tasks when needed
  

What We're Looking For:

• 2 + years proven experience in warehouse, dispatch, or FMCG environments


• Current forklift licenses (Reach, Counterbalance and Bendi Machines)


• Comfortable using computer systems


• Scanning exposure (preferable)


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately


• Punctual, Reliable, trustworthy, and takes pride in your work


• Own transport is essential
