Our Rotorua Store is looking for a Workshop Service Administrator to join its truck workshop team. No previous service or technical experience required, we want someone who is willing to learn and succeed and we will help you with the rest! Previous customer service experience will aid you in this role. 

Reporting to the Workshop Service Manager, this dynamic and engaging role includes the following responsibilities:

• Communicating and distributing workshop duties,
• Follow and maintain workshop systems and processes,
• Working with the team to ensure the workshop is at its peak,
• Liaise with customers and workshop associates,
• Process job card and create invoices,
• Ensure best Health and Safety practices are followed and promoted within the workshop.

To be successful in this role you should:

• Have a hands-on approach with drive,
• Have top-notch customer service skills,
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Be confident and have effective problem-solving ability,
• Be well organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced friendly environment.

It is important that you are reliable and self-motivated, willing to work rostered Saturday mornings.
