- Base plus incentive-based remuneration leveraging the WebFM proprietary software and methodologies
Key Responsibilities
- Research and secure major new client engagements at Corporate, National and Regional levels
- Develop and maintain the business development strategy that will support achievement of business goals
- Manage research to identify new target markets and customers
- Manage promotion of existing products and services and ensure they continue to meet customer needs
- Provide senior level business development support with priority clients, where required
- Responsible for given sales targets
- Develop sales strategies to retain existing clients and to expand the client base to meet set targets
- Maintain existing and new client relationship data
- Provide suitable on site user training and implementation
- Provide client support as required
- Provide input and support into development of sales and marketing materials
- Provide a client relationship service from first contact to project completion
- Provide sales quotations, follow up and negotiations as required to close the deal
- Provide regular performance reporting
- Maintain a complete, up-to-date and accurate CRM
- Support the CEO in overall business objectives and contribute to senior periodic meetings, where required
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Self-starter
- Proven track record in major client management
- Extensive business development experience
- Extensive experience and knowledge of the construction industry
- Extensive senior network in the construction industry
- Significant experience with web-based applications
- Significant corporate commercial experience
- Good understanding of WebFM’s products and services
- Current drivers licence
- Valid Passport
