The role

You will be the face of the AA, offering a customer centric approach to those that visit our AA centres. We are looking for a passionate person with a track record in achieving quality sales and service with great customer outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Customer Sales Consultant you will be trained the AA way and be involved in a variety of tasks, most importantly identifying customer needs to provide the right AA products, this also includes processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions.

What do I need to succeed?

• Sales experience and the ability to achieve KPIs
• A track record in achieving quality service
• Have great communication skills
• You must be able to learn quickly
• Enjoy dealing with customers
• You will be part of a team, so collaboration is an important part of the role.
