This integral role of a Food and Beverage Supervisor is to ensure the smooth running of our Food and Beverage outlets. Overseeing, coaching and training our team to deliver exceptional guest service is the driver for this role. We want you to be a passionate and experienced service orientated individual who can add a bit of spice to the team.

Naumi Auckland Airport is located just minutes away from the International and Domestic airports, offering 193 spacious designer nests (rooms) with patios, an outdoor swimming pool, gym, Paksa Restaurant & Bar and over 2500sqm of conference and meeting space (indoor and outdoor).

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will provide an amazing Naumi experience for all of our guests while supervising and upskilling our existing team members.

• At least 2 Years of Food & Beverage experience

Ideally you will . . .

• Lead the shifts for F&B operations & have a working knowledge of floor staff operations
• Supervise the standard of daily processes and ensure all requirements & standards are met by the team
• Oversee operations of various outlets, conferences & events, while coordinating with different teams.
• Assist Manager to drive departmental revenues
• Assist with training and development of team members
• Ensure all facilities, machines and equipment are well maintained
• Deal with guest queries and escalations while delivering 5-star experience
