Restaurant Manager- Thar and Feather 

The Thar & Feather epitomizes Southern hospitality, serving delicious comfort food in a cozy, inviting atmosphere seven days a week. Additionally it extends its food offerings to locals homes via the Deliver Easy platform. This 75-seat restaurant is a beloved favourite among many patrons.

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who will ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of The Thar and Feather Restaurant. is a motivated leader with a passion for hospitality.

This position offers approximately 25 hours per week with the option of additional hours in the bar if desired.

Candidates must possess a valid manager's certificate or have the ability to obtain one for this position 

Key responsibilities include fostering a vibrant environment, training and development, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service.

The Invercargill Licensing Trust (ILT) is a community owned organisation that operates 23 high quality hospitality businesses including hotels, motels, bars  and restaurants through to retail bottle stores as well as two distribution centres. All profits go back to the community of Invercargill, we also provide employment to approximately 670 people.
