ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week. As our next Store Manager, you will be passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience and going above and beyond their expectations. In addition you will be able to demonstrate:

• Have exceptional leadershipskills - you can coach, motivate and inspire your super cool team to success
• Be proactivein creating an experience for demin devotees that reflects our motto that fashion is fun! 
• Like a busy, energetic and fun work environmentwhere the latest tunes pumping out of the stereo help you get the job done.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI & shrinkage targets
• Possess customer serviceskills that are outta this world.
