Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Business Development Associate to join our team at Autoliv in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans for business growth - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Prepare and present proposals to potential clients - Track and report on sales performance and forecast future trends - Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in business development or sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
