Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Business Development Associate at Community Health Systems, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the organization in the online space. You will work closely with the business development team to create and implement strategies to grow the company's online presence and drive revenue through digital channels.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities in the online space - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Create and implement strategies to drive online sales and revenue - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies - Work closely with the marketing team to create online campaigns and promotions - Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to online sales and revenue - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of online business initiatives - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online business development

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online business development or related field - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software - Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics - Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital analytics tools - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
