We are excited to announce the opening of our state-of-the-art Recreation Centre in late 2024, a hub for sport, health and wellbeing on our campus. As we embark on this new chapter, we are seeking an experienced Aquatics Team Leader .
The Aquatics Team Leader will be pivotal in the University Recreation Centre's aquatics team. You will be responsible for assisting the Aquatics Manager in the daily operations and programming of aquatic facilities, ensuring patron safety, managing staff, coordinating programs, and maintaining a positive environment.
You will also uphold the highest standards of aquatic safety, customer service, and program excellence, ensuring safe, efficient, and enjoyable aquatic facilities and services.

This is a full-time (37.5 hrs/week), permanent role working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate may at times, be required to work flexible hours (including some evenings and weekends) due to the nature of the business hours and operational requirements that the role entails (i.e supporting event logistics and maintenance work etc). The salary range for this role is $73,400 to $84,700, depending on skills and experience.
