About the role

As our Business Development Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, leading a talented team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets. From conducting compelling sales presentations to closing deals and expanding our customer base, every day will bring new opportunities for success.

• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Strategic mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Competence in presentation and proposal development
• Be a Master of Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Passion for driving results is a prerequisite.
