Business Performance Manager

The Company

My client is a large NZ subsidiary of a global business operating in the FMCG space. The business has circa 80 staff in NZ with significant revenue and due to the global parent, is well resourced. The role of Business Performance Manager will report directly to a well tenured CFO and will become a right hand person to support the financial operations and insights of the NZ business.

The Role

The purpose of the role of the Business Performance Manager is to provide the commercial acumen and insights to the business and has the following responsibilities:

· Manage commercial analytics - both operational and finance and provide insights to the business for effective decision making

· Manage the production of monthly, quarterly & annual management reporting to provide timely business intelligence

· Support the review of specific financial, operational and management reporting activities and requests including leaderships,

· Lead the budgeting and forecasting process

· Business modelling

· Provide strategic business intelligence

· Business partner all cross functional partnerships across the business to support managers facilitating continuous improvement across the business

· Other ad hoc commercial support as required.

Your profile:
