We are seeking dedicated and passionate ESL Teachers and Kindergarten Teachers to join our team in Andijan, Uzbekistan. We have two distinct positions available: one for Education Center Teachers and another for Kindergarten Teachers. If you have a knack for working with young learners, are experienced in preparing students for tests such as the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), and are a native English speaker, we would love to hear from you! Position 1: Education Center Teacher
Location: Different education centers and schools in Andijan, Uzbekistan Responsibilities:

• Provide ESL instruction to students of various age groups, ranging from young learners to adults, at different education centers and schools in Andijan.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to students' language proficiency levels and learning objectives.
• Prepare students for tests such as the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) by incorporating relevant test-taking strategies and practice exercises.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of each student's performance.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Engage parents and guardians in their child's education through regular communication and parent-teacher meetings.

Position 2: Kindergarten Teacher
Location: Different education centers and schools in Andijan, Uzbekistan Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for kindergarten students (ages 3-6) at different education centers and schools in Andijan.
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the curriculum and cater to students' individual needs.
• Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, using interactive and engaging teaching methods.
• Prepare students for tests such as the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) by incorporating relevant test-taking strategies and practice exercises.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of each student's performance.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Engage parents and guardians in their child's education through regular communication and parent-teacher meetings.

Requirements for both positions:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification or qualification in ESL or Early Childhood Education.
• Proven experience working with young learners, preferably in a kindergarten or ESL setting.
• Familiarity with the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and its requirements.
• Native English speakers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching.
