Job Description

This role will suit someone who has started or is about to start working towards their CA/CPA qualification or equivalent, and has 1-2 years experience working for one of the big four accounting firms (or similar). You might have decided that corporate isn’t your vibe and you are looking for a role that will not only support your growth and development in commercial accounting but will also expose you to the World of Red Bull, which includes festivals, sporting and culture events, and On Premise.

As a Business Partner at Red Bull, you will be expected to build strong relationships with all your stakeholders (from across the business) and learn just about every aspect of our business so that you can successfully and effectively support the team with budgeting, forecasting, writing business plans and reviewing finance reports. In this role you will learn how to effectively partner with the business and how to have an impact on the bottom line.

This position will suit someone who is:

• 2 + years experience in a professional, finance-based role.
• Able to develop and build professional, effective relationships at all levels in business.
• Strong analytical ability with Intermediate Excel skills, essential
• Working knowledge of Profit & Loss statements
• IT literate, familiarity with any integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus (we use SAP, BI, Hyperion)

Qualifications

Tertiary Level Degree in finance, accounting or similar.

Either working towards or about to start working towards CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
