We’re looking for a commercial, pragmatic and genuinely personable HR Business Partner / Senior HR Manager with a broad understanding of HR and OD process and practice, and a particular interest within the L&D space.
A key focus of the role is helping to ensure that Connexa has the necessary capacity and capability to deliver on its ambitious tower build programme – you’ll work closely with the Property and Operations/Engineering leaders to understand their specific functional needs and help translate these into role design, talent sourcing strategies and development/upskilling plans.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Workforce planning
- HR Business Partnering
- Coaching and supporting People Leaders as they navigate through the startup and scaleup phases
- Working closely with the Change Manager and People Leaders to ready the teams for new ways of working – including assessing the teams’ capability and capacity to absorb change
- Developing talent, remuneration, performance and wellbeing frameworks
- Keeping accurate People records and data
You’ll have:
- Proven track record in HR management / business partnering – with an emphasis on / interest in building high performance teams
- Solid understanding of core HR / OD processes and practices: incl. performance management; remuneration; talent management; culture; engagement; wellbeing – know how and when to apply them / use as levers for driving business performance
- Strong working knowledge of NZ employment law; and a pragmatic approach to application
- Previous experience in Telecommunications or adjacent Infrastructure sector would be helpful
- Ability to build trust and rapport at all-levels
- A recognition and embrace of differences and diversity in the workplace
