IT Business Relationship Manager

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert, ensuring our business goals and IT strategy are in perfect harmony. You'll wear two hats: trusted advisor and strategic business partner. As a Business Whisperer, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans that everyone understands.

On the other hand, you'll be a Relationship Rockstar, building strong connections with stakeholders across all levels. You'll foster a culture of open communication and collaboration, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

Here's what a typical day might look like:

• Developing comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans and frameworks that set the stage for seamless collaboration.
• Navigating intricate business situations with a strong technology component, driving positive outcomes for all parties.
• Leading the charge as product owner for one or more of our key products or services.
• Identifying and prioritising the metrics and targets that drive success.

• You're a natural relationship builder with a passion for building strong connection.
• You thrive on tackling challenges and finding creative solutions.
• You have a strong desire to learn and adapt to different approaches and a strong interest in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile.
• Experience with managing projects and budgets is a bonus, but not a requirement!
