Job Description - Marketing Coordinator

Our client A leading New Zealand owned residential construction company with over 30 years’ experience. Supporting from the initial consultation through to design, interiors and project management. We’re on the lookout for a talented and motivated Design and Marketing Coordinator to join their Auckland based team. You’ll play a pivotal role in executing design and marketing initiatives, managing social media presence, overseeing listings and handling requests. The role

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Curate and create compelling content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Create visually appealing designs including brochures, flyers, advertisements, signage, and digital assets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualise and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables, maintaining brand identity and integrity
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and enquiries promptly, and analyse performance metrics to optimise strategies
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of house and land listings across multiple platforms including the company website and real estate portals
  • Coordinate with sales teams and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of listings, update availability status, and highlight key features to attract potential buyers
  • Act as a liaison providing support and guidance on marketing initiatives and materials
  • Assist with customisation of marketing materials, branding guidelines, and promotional campaigns to suit local market needs
  • Facilitate internal communication and collaboration to address marketing-related enquiries and requests
About you

  • At least 1 – 2 years proven marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
  • Understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Competent copy writer with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field is advantageous
