About the role: 

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Business Development team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the growth and positioning of McKay and its associated brands. As a Marketing Executive, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for executing key tasks that contribute to our multi-channel marketing strategy across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives to promote McKay's groundbreaking contributions to the electrotechnology industry which will include the following tasks;

• Internal Newsletter and magazine.
• Blog content for our range of brands.
• Presentations, collateral and advertisements.
• Event, conference and trade show planning.
• Social media management.
• Support on McKay systems including HubSpot, etc
• Report on market and digital trends. 

About you: 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Team player who is eager to contribute to a collaborative environment. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. 
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• A developed Strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable skills:

• Confidence in using Adobe Creative Cloud solutions.
• Marketing degree
• Previous experience in a similar marketing or industry role.
• Experience using standard marketing apps and websites including HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media.
