Are you passionate about people, the employee experience and wellbeing? Do you thrive in a faced paced and agile environment? 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers on ‘all things’ people related. 

It is crucial that you are comfortable across the whole employee lifecycle, including but not limited to – Employee Relations, Wellbeing, Learning & Development, Change Management, Performance, Remuneration, Talent, Engagement, and more!

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work on wide range of people and culture initiatives and see the positive impact your work is having. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide generalist HR support and advice on people related matters including   employee onboarding, wellbeing, performance management, people systems and learning & development. 
  • Support managers with people-related issues such as conflict, conduct, and performance.
  • Support implementing HR policies, processes and initiatives.

 

He kōrero mōu: About you
We will be looking for specific experience with:

  • A qualification in Human Resources or related discipline. 
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a HR Advisor role or (or similar); where you have been privy to sensitive information.
  • Enthusiasm and real interest in people, the employee experience and wellbeing. 
  • High level verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders to drive results.
