We are urgently seeking an experienced and outstanding Primary teacher on behalf of our client in Cairo.
This international school in Cairo opened in September 2021 and aims to provide an exceptional education for boys and girls aged 3 to 18; offering the EYFS and English National Curriculum, leading to IGCSEs and A Levels. The school prides themselves on delivering the finest British education priotising academic achievement focussed on the needs of the individual learner. By concentrating upon educating and developing the whole child, the school builds character, confidence, and social competence.
The international school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join their expanding team this August. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, delivering the curriculum effectively, and fostering the intellectual and social development of the students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic success.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
