We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with drive, exceptional sales capability and experience, and a continuous improvement mindset to manage, develop and grow a high-performing Auckland-based sales team. This role will work alongside our existing Sales Manager and Head of Sales, to strengthen our sales capability and efficiency and continue to hit our aggressive growth targets.
You should be driven, high-energy, and team-oriented and should have excellent sales, sales management and communication skills. Above all, you should love chasing aggressive sales targets and be passionate about improving your sales team’s sales performance.
As a Sales Manager at Tradify, you will play a key role in the ANZ sales function, and a pivotal role in the growth of the Australian & New Zealand customer base. You will build, lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Specialists to help exceed the ANZ customer acquisition targets, supporting them wherever necessary and proactively identifying and implementing opportunities to further improve our sales efficiency.
You’ll love sales, be passionate about helping trade businesses use world-class tech, be able to clearly communicate the Tradify value proposition and build rapport with a variety of different people. You’ll also have a keen interest in learning, be self-aware and be focused on your sales team’s continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
The Sales Manager will be responsible for contributing to ANZ's growth by managing, developing and enabling an effective team of sales reps. They will improve their teams’ ability and performance by providing day-to-day hands-on assistance with sales enablement, funnel management and the adoption of key sales processes and best practices.
