* Growing Consultancy in Otago with projects nationwide * Small team with plenty of opportunity for personal growth * Competitive salary from $130,000-150,000 Depending on your Exp We're on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager in Dunedin, be it already here or actively relocating, with a background in projects ranging form commercial/infrastructure, to work with the Project Director and another Senior PM to deliver varied sized projects. About You If you have a background within client side Project Management, passionate about infrastructure and want to work with a small developing team within Dunedin, backed and supported by their Nationwide branches who have gained their merit through their strong Australasian presence and stamping their mark on the vast array of projects ranging from public and private utilities, infrastructure & commercial, get in touch for a confidential discussion about this senior opportunity. About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you'll have a pivotal role in the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects. You will join a national team to manage a range of existing projects, with sights set on developing the Dunedin branch under the leadership of the Project Director. With it being a small team in Dunedin, you'll be confident working autonomously and have a high standard of accountability. There is some travel, mainly to other branches (Christchurch, Wellington, Auckland) with plenty of notice. Skills/Requirements * 3+ years construction sector project management experience * Have a good understanding of neighboring disciplines - Architecture, QS, Engineering etc * Have good construction/development project experience, have worked in project delivery process * Strong understanding of construction contracts, project delivery framework, property feasibility etc * Able to run project meetings with consultants and clients on small ($1-2M) to medium ($10M) sized projects This role is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Project Manager looking to develop their skills, add value and reach a new potential with a growing consultancy in Otago.
