Our Sector Digital Channels team plays a pivotal role as a catalyst for change in our nationally enabled services. Our mission is to create digital solutions that are both cost-effective and sustainable, revolutionizing accessibility through user-friendly digital self-service options and assisted channels. Our team proudly takes the lead in managing, delivering, and offering unwavering support for all our national external services. These services, curated by Data and Digital, are tailored for entities beyond Health New Zealand, Hauora Māori Services, and Manatū Hauora.
Mōu | About you
As our Senior Product Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our projects and programs, as well as contributing to the overall goals of our organisation. We're all about delivering top-notch product analysis and support, and in this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring quality every step of the way.
But it's not just about the work — it's also about being a supportive presence within our team. You'll bring your senior expertise to the table, acting as an escalation point and offering guidance to our Product Analysts as they navigate their daily tasks.
Collaboration is key here, as you'll work closely with Product Managers and teams to bring our product roadmap to life. Together, we'll uncover exciting opportunities to shape our roadmap and make a real impact.

Our technology landscape supports a vast number of users and critical business applications, spanning computing, networking, telecommunications, and cloud-based services.
