Storeroom Manager

Pak’nSave Thames is seeking an experienced storeroom person to join our team as a Storeroom Manager. This is a key role to assist with the efficient operation of our Inwards Goods Department and Storeroom.

The Role:

• Ensure all stock is efficiently unloaded in a timely fashion while ensuring healthy and safety standards are met.
• Break down all orders and mark off the stock appropriately.
• Put away stock in correct locations and ensure departments are aware of deliveries as they arrive.  Ensure appropriate rotation of stock if placing stock in storeroom locations e.g. drinks etc.
• Effectively Manage the team in the department and you will work closely with the Grocery and Inventory teams and other department team members.
• You will to be confident using technology and have a high level of computer literacy. 
• You will need to be organised and systematic when following processes.

This is a permanent position:

Monday – Friday 5am – 3.00pm and rostered every 3 rd Saturday.

About You:

• Personable and can communicate effectively.
• Strong numeracy skills and show excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using technology and a high level of computer literacy.
• Organised and systematic
  

Key Attributes:

• Hold a current OSH certificate and be confident operating a forklift and / or reach truck.
• SAP Knowledge (desirable)
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to challenges.
• Adhere to food safety and health and Safety requirements at all times.
• Extremely reliable and a great communicator.
