If you want to move up the career ladder with DHL Supply Chain then this could be an opportunity for you.  A Supervisor position is available based at our Airport site.  The overall purpose of this role is to professionally supervise the day-to-day activities of the agency operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day operations ensuring consistent and accurate processing of client/customer orders, the timely receipt of inbound inventory and adherence to internal operation management systems
• Become the first point of escalation for clients and management alike
• Developing, reviewing and consistently meeting and exceeding the clients KPIs & SLA’s
• Effectively manage team performance to a high standard.
• Reconciliation of client inventory and proficiency with investigations
• Promote learning and staff development within the team.
• Proactively discuss and understand client activity requirements and plan labour resources accordingly.
• Actively participate in developing and maintaining a positive site culture alongside colleagues.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Team player with a “can do” attitude.
• Ability to get on with people from all walks of life.
• Currently hold both a hoist and reach license, preferable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and command of the English language.
• Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Exceptional experience with using warehouse management systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Intermediate level or above.
• Keen work ethic and the desire to develop your team.
• Full NZ Driver License preferred.
• Exceptional customer focus and can develop great relationships with our client.
