About the Role: Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role leads and manages the Logistics and production functions, where you will develop, implement goals, policies, and procedures to ensure cost-effective and efficient management of NZ Operations. This role needs to be competent in all aspects of the operations department both in planning and execution. Key Accountabilities include data Integrity, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as commercial agreements and production planning. A position Description is available. About You: You will have a many years’ experience in operations/supply chain management and business-related discipline, preferably gained in an FMCG or other complex supply chain and be a proven people leader. It goes without saying you will be h ighly organised, flexible, self-motivated and with good negotiation skills. Your communications skills will be second to none and your decision making and strong commercial skills with be evident.
