Savor Goods Depot, placed in Kumeu, is the centre of operation for many of our award winning cafes and restaurants, and responsible for upholding the group's food philosophy. The Depot is home to our butchery, cold pressed juicing, gelato production and dispatch teams. The OpportunitySavor Goods Depot in Kumeu is searching for a new Dispatcher to assist in keeping our production facility streamlined and efficient as this role involves the responsibility of inward and outward goods.Ideally, you will have previous experience in warehousing and inward and outward goods, be physically fit, highly organized and efficient. Great communication skills, legal right to work in New Zealand, current hoist or forklift licence, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are essential.
You would also need to have some experience working with a dispatching software.
Food handling experience is desirable but the lack of them won't become an obstacle.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Loading and unloading trucks with inward and outward goods
• Counting stock, ensuring quality checks and matched to invoices
• Preparing and packing orders for venues and communicating shortages to chefs
