Essano are genuinely passionate about their people and capability and are looking to bring on board a P&C Business Partner to look after the NZ business. About the Role: Essano have identified a need to have a dedicated P&C Business Partner on the ground in the Auckland office. Reporting into the Head of People & Culture based in Melbourne, you will play a vital role in working with leaders in the business and driving ‘all things’ people, performance and capability for NZ, with the support of the wider team in Oz. It is crucial that you are comfortable across the whole employee lifecycle,  including but not limited to – ER, Health & Safety, Change Management, Performance, Remuneration, Talent, Engagement, and more! There is flexibility for this role and whilst full time would be ideal there are options t o work a reduced week – again, if you’re the right person! About You: It is key that you are adaptable - working in the grey doesn’t faze you! This is an awesome opportunity to get systems and processes in place – having initiative is a given! Some key things we’ll need to see, to consider you for this role include:

• HR Partnering and exposure across the full HR remit
• Development and implementation of new processes and systems
• A solid working knowledge of NZ Employment Law
• Exposure to Health & Safety

Experience with IR/Unions and manufacturing or warehousing environments will put you at the front of the pack for this role.
