This is a 1 year course with only limited places available. Success in this course will provide you with what you need to move into a fun and exciting career in the outdoors. If you are a person who is looking for something new every day and does not want to be stuck in Groundhog Day then this is the opportunity that you have been waiting for.

The Year
This course starts in February 2013 and will run for 42 weeks. Classes are held Mon-Thurs leaving you with a 3 day weekend. During the year you will learn how to complete underwater search and recovery, identify marine species, provide first aid in life threatening conditions, facilitate adventure programs and much much more. Trips away to awesome spots around the country will also take place and all will help you to gain a Diploma in Wilderness Adventure Tourism.

Requirements
This fun and exciting course does require certain student responsibilities in order to achieve success such as attendance commitment and co-operation. There is a financial commitment that is needed from your end provided you meet the eligibility requirements a student loan is available for this course. The course is run from a seaside town so you will need to be prepared to relocate.
