We’re looking for a Cadet Driver to join our Christchurch team. Whether you’ve just finished school or you’re ready to step into a hands-on, practical career, this role gives you the opportunity to learn, earn, and grow in a supportive environment.

You’ll gain real-world experience in the transport industry while working towards higher licences, with structured training and mentoring along the way.

What You’ll Bring

• A full Class 1 licence (held for at least 12 months)


• A genuine interest in transport, driving, and logistics


• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset


• Willingness to learn and take on feedback
