Position Overview: We are looking to offer a ten-week internship to a talented and passionate Sustainability Postgraduate. With a degree in sustainability or a related field, you’ll play a crucial role in helping shape the regional and local market response to environmental challenges within the industry with a particular focus on embodied carbon.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and analyse carbon emissions across various sectors.
• Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) to evaluate the environmental impact of products, processes, and services.
• Develop localised market responses, considering New Zealand’s unique context and regulatory framework.
• Identify opportunities for carbon reduction and sustainability improvements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, both internally and externally.

• A postgraduate degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with LCA methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.
