Accounts and Administration Assistant
Young + Richards are looking for a great Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our team!
Must have at least 2 years of proven experience in New Zealand working in Accounts and Administration.
Flexible hours if required (Ideally 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday or 8.30am-2.30pm ).
Immediate start available.
Applicants must have NZ residency or a relevant work visa.
Candidate:
- Be comfortable working within busy Architectural practice
- Proficient working with Xero and be able to learn new software
- Will be assisting the Practice Manager and Accounts Administrator
- Work in a team-based environment
- Will be assisting with, Accounts Payable, Receivable, Costing, Forecasting, Payroll and Office Administration duties.
