Accounts Receivable/ Credit Control Officer - Part-Time

The Company

My client is a NZ Owned company operating in the transport & travel industry with circa $35m turnover. Operating in NZ since the 1960s this company has 150+ employees based across several sites. This role will work closely with both internal & external customers across group locations.

The Role

Newly created part time role, working 30 hours per week and will be reporting into the Financial Accountant.

Your responsibilities will include.

• Managing a debtor's ledger of 200+ clients
• Monthly invoicing
• Bank reconciliations for 3 bank accounts
• Allocations of payments
• Receipting of payments
• Raising Credits
• Credit checks for new clients & setting them up on the system.
• Basic Analysis of debtor's book using Excel
• Working on Netsuite - which can be taught.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable/ Credit Controller who has proven experience managing the full function in a past role. We are looking for someone who has good communication & customer relationship skills. You will be required to have basic to intermediate excel & MS Office skills.

Netsuite experience would be advantageous.
