An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced accounts payable clerk to assist 2-3 days a week in a busy fast paced role. Located city fringe this role is starting asap for 6-8 weeks. You will get to fully utilize your AP experience in this role.
Duties include:
Managing a busy accounts inbox and responding to queries
Data Entry entering in all invoices
Invoice coding
Preparing and processing weekly and monthly cash payment batches
Following up on aged accounts
Other adhoc accounts duties as required
To be considered you will ideally have:
3 years plus Accounts Payable experience
Experience working in a fast-paced high-volume organisation
Fast and accurate Data entry and a strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook and accounting packages
Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
Ability to cover 2 days a week as required
