Remote Accountant

Job Description:

SunTrust Banks is seeking a Remote Accountant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is adaptable and dedicated, with strong presentation and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and reports for clients - Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improved performance - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations - Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting - Utilize accounting software to track and manage financial transactions - Communicate with clients to address any accounting questions or concerns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Time management and organizational skills - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
