Remote Accountant

Job Description:

3M is seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Entry Level Remote Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain financial records - Prepare and analyze financial statements - Monitor budgets and report variances - Ensure compliance with accounting regulations - Assist with financial audits - Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes - Provide financial analysis and insights to help make informed business decisions - Utilize accounting software to streamline processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 1+ years of experience in accounting - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and passionate about accounting
