Job Description:

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate and motivated about working in the accounting industry. As a Remote Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end financial reporting.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Prepare and maintain vendor files - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or payment issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions

Requirements: - Entry-level position with 0 years of experience required - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving - Passionate and motivated about working in the accounting field
