Job Description:

Serko Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and online payments - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable - Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable status - Maintain accurate records of all activities related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
