Remote Accounts Receivable

Tech Data is seeking a reliable and driven Remote Accounts Receivable to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a part-time entry-level position with no years of experience required. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable tasks remotely - Review and reconcile customer accounts - Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments - Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues - Provide support to the finance team as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred - Prior experience in accounts receivable is a plus
