Job Description:

Precision Castparts is seeking a reliable and confident Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations - Monitor customer accounts for payment discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking - Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management - Assist with month-end financial closing activities related to accounts receivable - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivables and collections - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiencies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Prior experience with people management and leadership skills desired

Personality traits: - Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving payment issues - Reliability in meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate records

Soft skills: - Strong people management skills for working with internal and external stakeholders - Leadership abilities to drive process improvements and efficiencies
