Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

SwipedOn is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process.

Responsibilities: - Process and post customer payments in a timely and accurate manner - Generate and send out customer invoices - Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collections efforts - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end close procedures - Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments regarding billing inquiries - Assist with other accounting duties as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and resilient personality traits - Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
