Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team at Synnex. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices - Follow up on outstanding payments - Reconcile accounts - Resolve any billing discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Provide support for month-end financial activities - Communicate with customers to collect payments - Assist with financial reporting as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Resilient and able to work independently - Strong critical thinking skills - Excellent time management abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail
