Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Harman International Industries is seeking a reliable and hardworking Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable activities including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation - Monitor, track, and follow up on overdue accounts - Communicate with customers regarding payment discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions - Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processing

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - Reliable internet connection and home office setup
