Online Accountant

Job Description:

Land O’Lakes is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Accountant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level Online Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounts and documents of our online platform. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the online platform - Prepare financial reports, budget forecasts, and cash flow statements - Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations - Develop financial models and projections to support business decisions - Monitor and track expenses, revenue, and profit margins - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards - Assist in the annual audit process and financial reporting

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounting - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and reliable - Strategic planning and innovation skills
