Online Accounts Payable

As an Online Accounts Payable at Dillard’s in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process for our online operations. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities: - Process and pay invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to ensure payments are made correctly - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Maintain organized records of all financial transactions - Help streamline and improve accounts payable procedures
