Job Description:

AskNicely, a leading customer experience software company based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, is seeking a part-time Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Online Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the online accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial transactions. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable who is energetic and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and reconcile vendor accounts in a timely manner - Verify and approve expense reports - Handle vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Assist with month-end closing activities - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiencies

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Soft skills in persuasion and adaptability - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
