Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Sunfed Meats is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable associate in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process for online sales transactions. - Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments. - Follow up with customers on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary. - Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service and Sales, to address customer inquiries and resolve any billing discrepancies. - Generate and analyze monthly reports on accounts receivable performance. - Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed.

Requirements: - Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related field. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. - Resilient and confident personality traits. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team environment. - Equal opportunity employer.
