Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Global Partners is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable. This position is part-time and located in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. The ideal candidate will be passionate and dedicated, with excellent negotiation and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments - Process online payments and refunds - Conduct regular credit checks on customers - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Reconcile discrepancies in customer accounts - Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Passionate and dedicated individual - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
